Relational Therapist
Offering in person sessions in London.

Theraputic Approach
My name is Lil (they/them) and I offer relational, integrative counselling for individuals and intimate partners. While I primarily serve the queer and neurodivergent community, my practice is open to all.
Healing is a relational process; my priority is creating a therapeutic relationship that honours your vulnerability in seeking help. I strive to offer a space where you feel free to explore your needs.
My integrative practice blends relational and psychodynamic therapy, exploring how past relational experiences affect your present. We'll develop coping strategies for challenging emotions, incorporating bodywork to access trauma. I work from an anti-oppressive framework, mindful of the Eurocentric nature of many modalities.
With intimate partners, I foster an environment where each feels heard and understood. We'll identify unhelpful patterns, enhance understanding, and deepen communication, welcoming both monogamous and non-monogamous relationships.
