Relational Therapist
Offering in person sessions in London.

Theraputic Approach
My name is Lil (they/them). I offer therapy for individuals and intimate partners. While much of my practice is centred around the queer and neurodivergent communities, my practice is open to people of all backgrounds, identities, and relationship structures.
I incorporate a number of therapeutic modalities, such as relational, psychodynamic, person-centred and bodywork approaches.
Individual Sessions: How We’ll Work Together
I will always endeavour to work at your pace, offering a balance of internal exploration and practical support:
-
Understanding your story: We’ll explore how your past experiences and relationships shape how you feel today.
-
Helpful tools: We’ll build practical strategies to help you navigate overwhelming emotions and stress when they arise in daily life.
-
Listening to the body: Because trauma and stress are often held physically, we can incorporate gentle body-based techniques to help you reconnect with yourself.
-
Inclusive Approach: I recognise that traditional psychology was largely built around narrow, Eurocentric frameworks. I am committed to an anti-oppressive practice that honours your unique culture, background, and lived experience.
Working with Intimate Partners
While I draw on all of the approaches listed above, much of my work with intimate partners involves understanding how each partner’s internal world co-exists with another including (but not limited to) identity, attachment style, neurodiversity or relational history.
I don't prescribe a ‘right’ way to have a relationship. I support partners across all relationship structures (monogamous, open, polyamorous, and dynamic/kink-aligned) to build security, trust, and connection.
How we’ll work together:
-
Addressing Relational Dynamics: We will examine how each partner's past, identity, and stress responses shape how you interact.
-
Breaking Repetitive Cycles: We will identify the ‘stuck’ communication loops, replacing them with tools for listening and repair.
-
Respecting and Honouring Boundaries: We will focus on honest communication, consent, and defining relationship boundaries and agreements.
